They always give you the top floor with no refrigerator. We can't Store anything cool. But they say the refrigerator is accessible. Book some other place.

They gave a room with no Refrigerator. I specifically asked for one. Staff show no responsibility. It's just we pay online and hope for a room. Just booked here because it was the cheapest one.

ฉันจอง 4 ก.ค.เช็คอิน 14.00 น. แต่พอไปถึง ต้องรอเช็คอิน 16.00 น.เพราะห้องทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ ที่นั่งรอคือก็ไม่มีให้ ...พอถึงเวลาเช็คอิน พนักงานให้เราเดินไปห้องเอง เปิดห้องไปคือช็อค มีเตียงเก่าๆ กับผ้าห่ม ผ้าปูที่นอนขาด ผ้าขนหนูขาด ปลอกหมอน ทุกอย่างดูเก่า ขาด และไม่สะอาดซะเลย โซฟาเก่าๆ ขาดๆ 1 ตัว และห้องน้ำ คือไม่ไหวทุกสิ่งจริงๆ เราไม่แม้แต่นั่งและถอดรองเท้า คือต้องเช็คเอาท์ออกทันที พนักงานรับกุญแจ และไม่ถามเราเลยว่าทำไมถึงไม่พัก คือบริการก็แย่ สรุป จ่ายแต่ไม่จบ ต้องไปหาที่พักใหม่ จ่ายเงินใหม่อีกรอบ ประสบการณ์เลวร้ายมาก อ้อ ปล.ตึกนี้มีแต่ฝรั่งกับสาวๆ ของเขา เราพลาดเองที่ไม่ทราบข้อมูลล่วงหน้า เผลอเข้าไปจอง
