Room lovely big and clean
Once again the gym was not in good working condition to the point of being dangerous for any one using the equipment. This after I sent a email specifically asking about the condition of the gym.

Rooms slightly outdated. Overall experience was fine.
The location was convenient but the room was not clean and everything was in need of repair. Some of the staff were friendly but some were not. Extra charges for a second room key (had to leave key in room to activate A/C) and for an extra pillow (we only had 2 in the room). Would not stay here again.

Nice quiet location but steps to the heart of Ao Nang. This was our second stay here. Beds comfy!
