JaMikaTravelled as a couple · Oct 9Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! We were welcomed with complimentary drinks, dessert, and freshly popped popcorn at check-in. The staff even surprised me in our room with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday—it was such a thoughtful gesture that brought me to tears! The staff is exceptionally warm, polite, and attentive, and the jacuzzi room is amazing! Truly outstanding hospitality and value. I would absolutely recommend Phukalini and would stay here again without hesitation!

I think the word "luxury" may not be the best word for this property because that's what is to be expected. The furniture in the living room as well as the beds were very uncomfortable and not luxury. There were cracks and stains going up the walls, chips were found under one of the beds, shower drainage system was backed up in one of the bedrooms (they came and fixed), metal around the mirrors were rusted, flies were all over the bedroom from the bathroom drains, breakfast very limited, etc. This property has alot of potential but needs alot of work done to call itself a luxury villa. I also did not realize that the villa was split up in the way that it was. All the bedrooms were actually separated from the living/dining area meaning having to go outside and then enter into the bedrooms because the pool is in the middle of everything. I would have rather had everything under one roof to have more of an inclusive feel with the family.

BrankoTravelled with family · Aug 11Het is niet makkelijk om een keuze te maken wat het beste beviel als zo veel zo goed is. De accommodatie is zeer ruim (drie kamer villa), enorm zwembad, lekker en wisselend ontbijt, goed restaurant, maar het meest verrast waren wij van de betrokkenheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Dit was een onvergetelijke belevenis en willen hier niet meer weg.
Dat de tijd hier helaas snel voorbij vliegt. Alles was uitstekend.
