Bangkok City Suite

I have stayed several times before in this Hotel. everything was clean and the breakfast has verities . I liked the Coffee free machine at the reception which saved me some time and money as well .

this hotel did not change from the last 10 years . it requires some renovations especially at the toilet side. the bed sheets and towels are very old and felt uncomfortable. to use them .

The room had rips in the wall paper. There was only 1 set of electrical outlets tucked away in the corner. Had to take the tea kettle from its location, move the lamp and then you could plug in the tea maker. Water in the shower at 10:30 was Luke warm. My biggest disappointment was that on Booking.com it says restaurant and room service, but once you book and pay for the non refundable room you get a WhatsApp from the hotel informing you that there is no restaurant or room service.

Rooms were well cleaned, room services were daily which is ex exceptional. Staffs were very kind n polite

Rooms are not like one shown in the picture, they are quite small for a family. The hotel didnt even had a wine bottle opener.

Nothing booked the clsest hotel to station

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had in a long time. The property feels extremely old, run-down, and poorly maintained. The room itself was not clean and looked like it had not been properly maintained for a long time. On top of that, there were ants in the room, which made the whole place feel even more unpleasant. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on concrete. Getting a good night’s sleep was very difficult because of how stiff and uncomfortable the mattress was. Basic things in the room also did not work properly. The shower barely worked, and the window would not open, which made the room feel stuffy and poorly ventilated. Unfortunately the staff were also quite rude and unhelpful, which made the overall experience even worse. Instead of trying to help resolve issues, the interactions felt dismissive and uninterested. Overall the place felt dirty, old, and neglected, and the lack of maintenance combined with the unfriendly service made the stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here.

L'emplacement est tres stratégique car proche de pleins de lieux d'intérêt et des axes principaux de la ville.

Les équipements et les meubles sont tres vieux, et notre douche n'était pas dans un bon état.
