Reception staff were terrible. Upon check-in they weren't friendly, and took 20 mins to check us in. Room was noisy, construction noise during the day as well as constant sounds of furniture moving from the room above. Room was called a "Premium Ocean View King" yet had no view of the ocean from inside the room - felt like a scam. Hotels 20 minutes from the town centre.

JUITINGTravelled as a couple · Oct 12性價比算不錯的，飯店整體不新但服務人員都態度很好，櫃台服務人員非常漂亮有禮貌: )) 還會協助送行李到房間~ 一開始進房間感覺非常潮濕，後來跟服務人員反映後服務人員提供除濕機到房間 整體空氣才好了許多! 早餐選項沒有很多，但每天都會變換，我們住了兩天水果、餐點都不同 連現煮的麵都會更換，可以去飲料bar點自己想喝得讓他送到桌邊 另外陽台的燈一開始都沒亮，打電話通知後就打開了~大概我們去的是平日所以就沒開到吧~ 浴室水溫洽當，沒有問題，房間小了點但還行 最漂亮的是海邊，建議一定要去海邊坐著休息~ 隔音還行，這幾天都休息的很好 有很多飯店的免費活動可以參加，我們有參加抱樹的活動 另外還有泰拳跟夕陽瑜珈，若是度假來這個飯店舒舒服服待個兩三天是很棒的~
浴室的門會漏水，可能止水條老舊，但這個感覺也沒什麼能夠更改的

RiyadhTravelled solo · Aug 10* الطاقم ودود وخدوم ولبق. * الموقع هادئ ومساحة المنتجع كبيرة ومرافقة راقية. * كل مساء سبت يتوفر بوفيه باربيكيو ( مشاوى) به مأكولات بحرية ولحوم حلال وطازجة. * يتوفر مزرعة صغيرة بها بعض الحيوانات في محيط المنتجع والتنقل لها ودخولها مجاني ومسلية للاطفال. * المسبح عددهم 2 و جميل جدا وواسع للكبار وللصغار. * الشاطئ جميل ونظيف. * اللوبي واسع وشرح ورائحته خيال ( معطره برائحة جميلة جدا). * الطاقم متعاون ويتجاوب بشكل سريع جدا مع اي ملاحظات او طلبات. * الاقامة بداخله لبعض الليالي تغنيك عن الخروج خارج المنتجع. * الافطار جيد ومقبول نوعا ما للسياح العرب. * كل ناحية في المنتج بها عنايه واضحة من نظافة وتشجير و تستحق التصوير. * توجد بعض الفعاليات للاطفال بعضها مجاني واسأل الاستقبال عن التفاصيل وبيساعدوك. * السرير مريح والتكييف ممتاز. * يصلح للعوائل
* هناك بعض البعوض قد يكون مزعج في الطابق السفاي واعتقد بسبب المسابح ، ولذلك يفضل اختيار الطوابق الاعلى ( لاتوجد هذه الملاحظة). * محدودية الاكل للعرب( الحلال) بشكل عام في منطقة هواهين وليس الامر بسبب المنتجع.
