Hotel guest reviews

9.0Exceptional · based on 157 reviews

AI summaryOverall sentiment is very positive ('Perfect!', 'would recommend', many enthusiastic endorsements); guests highlight friendliness, cleanliness and atmosphere making for a highly satisfactory stay despite a few room-related issues.

Cleanliness9.0
Housekeeping repeatedly praised (daily housekeeping 'fantastic', 'super clean') and rooms described as very clean; minor notes include a strong perfumed scent on arrival and a guest request to change disposable slippers daily.
Service9.8
Staff repeatedly described as extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating (free room upgrade for noisy AC, family-run vibe, welcoming interactions), a consistent standout across multiple reviews.
Location9.0
Multiple guests called the location 'brilliant'/'great spot' and convenient for exploring Chiang Mai; several comments highlight proximity to needed amenities.
Room7.7
Mixed feedback: some rooms praised as nice, comfortable bed and large shower, but there are repeated issues (noisy aircon, some rooms feeling dated/worn, heavy perfuming on arrival) that lower the score.
Amenities9.0
Charming boutique feel, attractive common area, presence of friendly pets (cats/dog) and thoughtful decor; hotel is small so formal facilities are limited but the atmosphere and communal spaces are well-liked.
Value for money9.0
Several guests explicitly mention excellent price-quality ratio and fair pricing for what is offered, with many saying they'd happily return.
Food and drink9.0
Breakfasts and cocktails described as excellent by guests; breakfast offering received positive mentions though not extensively detailed.

Perfect! Would recommend

Everything! The room was nice, the daily housekeeping was fantastic and to a very high standard. To top it all off the staff working the front counter are super friendly and we’re very helpful throughout our 7 night stay

Gorgeous space, with attention to detail and a lot of fun decor. The staff were super lovely. I had trouble with a noisy aircon so they gave me a free room upgrade for the remainder of my stay as it was going to take a few days to fix. The location was brilliant for days wandering Chiang Mai

Alles was prima
