JacquelineTravelled solo · Aug 21Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer bemüht, ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Jedes Anliegen wird sofort angegangen und es wird nach einer Lösung gesucht- und gefunden. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingeräumt, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles da was man braucht. Es ist sauber, gereinigt wird täglich. Der Pool ist zweckmäßig und für eine kurze Abkühlung und zum Planschen für die Kids absolut in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.
Das Einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, dass unter der Woche, an manchen Tagen Schwimmunterricht im Pool stattfindet und man zu der Zeit den Pool nicht nutzen kann. Wäre auch kein Problem, wenn man das vorher weiß. Leider wurden wir im Vorfeld darüber nicht informiert.

A notre arrivée, il y avait des cheveux dans le lavabo dans la salle de bain (mauvais premier ressenti). Des traces de moustiques tuées sur les murs de la salle de bain étaient encore présentes. Le petit déjeuner pourrait 'être amélioré. Un personnel souriant permettrait aux clients de se sentir mieux accueillis.

ClaudiaTravelled solo · Jul 21Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit allem was man braucht. Die Touri Strassen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Parkplatz war immer verfügbar und die kostenlosen Fahrräder für kurze Strecken in extra plus. Sehr gern wieder.

Un bémol pour cet hôtel, il n'y a presque jamais personne à l'accueil, et quand il y a quelqu'un il ne parle pas du tout anglais.

En la piscina hacían curso de natación hasta las 15:30 no se podía utilizar, le faltaba mucha limpieza, las lámparas estaban repletas de polvo y el baño una mano pq tenía un millón de agujeros por todas partes, la puerta tiene una ventana arriba que te entra toda la luz de fuera toda la noche.

Las camas de los niños eran muy duras y no se podía dormir, y el desayuno empieza a las 8h, un poco tarde para irte de tours
