Very good · based on 4,758 reviewsAI summaryOverall stays described as fun, relaxing and enjoyable with many guests wanting to return; pockets of issues (restaurant rudeness, shuttle/beach access, accessibility) temper the experience slightly.
Cleanliness8.0
Mixed mentions: several guests praise cleanliness (rooms, spa), but there are complaints about overall hotel cleaning standards, old pool towels and a bathroom window that doesn't close properly causing odors.Service9.4
Service is frequently praised (friendly and helpful staff, spa staff highly professional, specific praise for staff member Khomsan). A few reports of rude restaurant staff reduce this slightly but overall service is a strong point.Location9.0
Many guests highlight the convenient location near Patong beach and local restaurants and describe walking distance or quiet but close to center. Some note it is not truly beachfront and rooms are up a hill requiring shuttles.Room8.0
Rooms are described as clean and in some cases spacious, but there are recurring notes about small rooms, hill-side layout with many stairs, and some dated fittings (e.g., shower products, window issues).Amenities8.8
Good amenities overall: multiple pools, spa and gym well regarded. Negatives include repetitive/no music at waterfall pool, old pool towels, and limited shuttle frequency to upper rooms.Value for money7.8
Mixed value perception: food and staff praised but complaints about extra charges (child bed fee), crowded/limited breakfast space and some worn facilities reduce perceived value.Food and drink9.0
Generally praised: breakfast and food receive multiple positive mentions. Some guests note limited variety at times and pool towels/serving issues, but overall F&B is a strong aspect.

CalvinTravelled solo · Oct 17Everything about this property is amazing.
Small criticism. I dont like that you must pay for ice, and I dont like that guest do not have access to a microwave. I understand rooms dont have microwaves, but why cant there be one per floor for guest usage. I had left over food and staff would not make warm for me. Also being required to pay for ice in my room. Put 1 ice machine in each building for guest use. Also very small bathroom in romantic suite. I must use the toilet with the door open so I can fit in the bathroom
TalhaTravelled with a group · Oct 9The location is amazing.
Too much walk.
TanneryTravelled as a couple · Oct 9It was gorgeous. The onsite spa, multiple pools, and restaurants were all amazing! They also knew it was my husband’s birthday without us saying anything, and surprised him with a treat in our room!
That we didn’t get to stay longer.
khalidTravelled as a couple · Oct 9To many stairs and no comfort way to go up to the villa. And you have to wait for gulf car for long time
JasonTravelled as a couple · Oct 9Wonderful property- very tidy and well kept- lovely friendly staff - great breakfast- great value - close to Patong Beach - would definitely stay again :)
Wonderful spacious room but the bed was very hard :(
MaximTravelled with family · Oct 8The villa is gourgas with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna although we didn't get the one with a beautiful view that we asked. 5 Min walk from Patong city, 30 min to the center.
You have to walk a lot to get the hotel restaurant for breakfast, taxi, reception. There is a shuttle but it doesn't reach vilas area.

hamadTravelled as a couple · Oct _____________ One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and honestly, it surpasses many much more expensive hotels I have personally experienced by a considerable margin. An outstanding experience in every respect, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional quality, comfort, genuine hospitality, and excellent value for money. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and inviting, the hospitality was outstanding, the breakfast was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the rooms and all facilities was impeccable. Every detail reflected a genuine commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. Simply put, this hotel delivers an exceptional overall experience that exceeds expectations, even when compared with hotels charging significantly higher rates. Without a doubt, I will be returning in the future. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. This hotel truly deserves the highest recommendation!
