The pool was big and the staff were friendly—until the lady at the front desk tried to scam us. We rented a scooter; she had given us a helmet without a visor, yet when we returned the helmets, she claimed we had broken it. It’s a disgrace—we repeatedly pointed out that the helmet didn't have a visor, but she still tried to rip us off. I am Thai and have been living in Ao Nang for four years, and this is the first time I have met a woman like this—so disrespectful and dishonest; it is shameful.
