Excellent location. Rooms very clean

Clean rooms and great location, but very noisy construction during the day and people having relations at night. Had to request a quieter room and management was very responsive.

Roof top pool/sauna fantastic

Hotel is in a great location in Patong and it is very well maintained. It has a modernised bathroom, Air-condition and secured by card elevators. I fully recommend it and will stay here again.

Good place

First, the positives; the location of this hotel is ideal as it is right beside the main shopping centre and a couple of minutes away from the main strip of Bangla Road, with the beach at the bottom of the street. The rooftop pool is great and well attended if sunbathing is your thing. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Now, the negatives; the rooms themselves are very small with very little storage space and no table and chairs to sit at other than the tiny plastic balcony furniture. The bathroom as well is very small and the balcony itself sits over looking the main driveway into the hotel. Directly underneath this is the motorbike parking area which constantly has loud revving scooters and bikes being started or parked by childish over-compensating inconsiderate small-winkied idiots at all hours of the day. The roar from these and from the street out front, combined with such poor sound proofing of the rooms is unbearable. Add this to the loud stampeding shouting middle-eastern and Russian guests in the corridors, slamming doors and bellowing at each other, results in a hotel that I will not be wanting to stay at again, despite its positive location.
