Renovations continue to 9.00 pm
ChristopherTravelled as a couple · Oct 13The location and staff are fantastic as usual. Rooms are spacious and overall the hotel is good value for money when not a building site. Bathroom facilities are good. The upgraded gym on the 24th floor is excellent.
The hotel is having renovations done, and has been for what seems like years, and it did disrupt the stay. The pool area is busy and lacks any sort of ambience. The old pool furniture looks like it’s on its last legs and is so uncomfortable. At least get some nice stuff for people to sit on if the rest of it looks like a building site! The entrance is starting to look impressive but it smells heavily of paint is is so noisy when you walk through. No more hotel bar at the moment too. Breakfast quality seems to have done downhill, and the furniture is old and wobbly. I’m sure it will be great when it’s all done, but I’m not sure I’d stay again which is a shame as I’ve stayed several times before.

AssemTravelled as a couple · Oct 17
ViktoriiaTravelled as a couple · Oct
zhduopuleTravelled with family · Oct
