The property did not match the photos used in the advertisement. I decided to find a new place to stay immediately, and I checked out within 10 minutes after entering the room. • The person who answered the phone was unprofessional. • The parking area was not secure. • The actual accommodation was very different from the advertised photos. • The entry and exit system of the house felt unsafe. • The ground floor was dirty, smelled musty, and looked nothing like the pictures. • The room door was not sturdy and did not feel secure.

Very friendly owner, always available by phone if needed. We were greeted with fresh coconuts, nice surprise! Big room with a small balcony. We did not turn on the TV and did not use the kitchen. Location: You need a motorbike to get around, but this is a good idea on Samui anyway. By motorbike, everything is 5-10 minutes away, easy.

It was one room in a gentlemen’s house however the room was very modern and clean. Big comfy bed and smart tv. Location wasn’t ideal but with transport you can easily go to places.

A perfect place to stay and rest for short and long stays, especially if you are training martial arts out there. The hosts are super helpful and very friendly and will help you with finding your way around the island. Johnny was great and helped me to get a free ticket someone was giving away, back to the airport on the mainland in Surat Thani. The room is very comfortable and in a quiet area so you can rest up. It was cleaned regularly alongside the other amenities in the house. Everything you need for cooking meals and washing clothes is available and the hosts are able to help in sourcing a scooter for transport. Would definitely stay again!

Logement situé dans un bout de campagne, au calme. De la vue du balcon, on peut assister à la vie rurale ; les oiseaux, le retour de buffles et de caravanes de Jet-ski. A pied, on accède en 20 min ( en longeant le lac ) à la plage de Chaweng et de son ambiance thaïlandaise. La chambre est bien aménagée et équipée ( TV, frigo, machine à café) et le balcon est cosy et relaxant.

Les chiens errants qui aboient quand on marche dans le quartier à certaines heures ( mais comme à peu près partout en Thaïlande).

Großes gemütliches Bett, gute Klimaanlage, eigener großer Kühlschrank, Smart-TV, den man mit dem Handy verbinden kann, man konnte die Küche (Gasherd, Toaster, Wasserkocher) und die Waschmaschine kostenlos benutzen, es gab ein paar kostenlose Snacks und immer kostenloses Trinkwasser, gute schnelle Kommunikation mit den Inhabern

Etwas kleine Dusche, manchmal Ameisen in den Zimmern

La casa è fornita di tutto dal ferro da stiro al phon con diffusore. . .molto apprezzato, la macchina del caffè e lavatrice, si può usare la cucina. Il bagno perfetto, il letto comodissimo e immenso ....insomma veramente consigliato. L'alloggio si trova in una stradina isolata ma vicina al centro...comunque è più comodo con uno scooter. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
