NaheedTravelled solo · Jun 30It was unclear when I booked ‚the residence‘ on your website that it’s not a part of the hotel, which means NO SERVICES. This is such a huge disappointment. The pipes were visible in the bathroom, the jacuzzi bubbles were automatically running in front of my apartment from 8-5… loud and annoying. All in all, way below standard. There’s nobody to contact in case of issues as the hotel reception kept saying the residence is not a part of the hotel and couldn’t/wouldn‘t help. The only helpful person was the hotel shuttle gentleman who kindly agreed to drive me to the Sheraton 2 times as I was attending wedding events there.

Ein wirklich ganz wunderbares Zimmer… War ein tolles Erlebnis, dort zun nächtigen. Das vor dem Hotel befindliche Restaurant hat auch eine sehr gute Karte und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

FranziskaTravelled with family · Dec 9Toll war der Pool direkt am Zimmer. Es gab einen Shuttle in die Stadt, gratis, mehrmals am Tag. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb für uns kein Problem, da wir eh entspannen wollten, wer lieber Trubel sucht, sollte das wissen. 10 Minuten fußläufig gibt es kleine günstige Restaurants oder einen Supermarkt. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, auch hier gibt es viele Restaurants oder Bars.
