I do the same business and I would like to comment on what happened in the apartment: 1) you can't just take money and not fix anything! 2) the apartment needs renovation! Everything in the apartment is either worn out, broken or old I don't want to go into detail here, but the main points of what was wrong: Cracked bed, torn soap dish, towel holder, dirty dishes, non-functional door, etc. The apartment needs necessary maintenance and a lot of things need to be fixed, then the apartment would be perfect!

1. There was no front desk stuff to support, 2. Only an old security guard cum gardener (to water plants) was sitting for the whole day in a chair who looked very tired and disturbed, seeing so many guests coming and going, 3. The big board, written in red letters that “this is not a hotel and short stay below 30 days bla bla bla is illegal according to Thailand law gave me some annoyance, specifically when my wife saw the board and getting panicked and saying what if police comes……

tv didnt have netflix/amazon prime/youtube, gym was really hot on some of the days (no aircon), sofabed was a bit small, place was tricky to find and we got lost

الادارة متعجرفة حطيت كيس صغير للزبالة في الممر ماكنت اعرف مكان الزبالة فغرموني 500 بات وهددو ان لم ادفع سوف يوقفون بطاقة الدخول ،، بعد خروجي اتهموني بتخريب سخان ماء الشاي رغم اني غادرت وكان يعمل وطلبوا غرامة 880 بات ،، لا انصح بالسكن فيه لايوجد احد فقط التواصل عن طريق بوكنج الخيارات كثيرة اختر الافضل والاسهل والمربح السيارة اخذتها عن طريقهم لتوصيلي وصلوني مكان خطاء ، يفترض انا اطالبهم بغرامة وليس هم

Bohužel se nejedná o hotel, ale o byt v domě s rezidenty. Není tam recepce. Bohužel jsme ubytováni brali pouze kvůli pěkným fotkám bazénu, který evidentně delší dobu nefunguje. A tím celý pobyt ztratil smysl. Pořádek v bytě sice byl ale stav neodpovídal fotografiím. Byt by snesl menší rekonstrukci. A sedačka minimálně vyčistit nebo vyměnit.
