Bien · según 569 reseñasResumen con IAOverall impressions balance excellent location and friendly staff against cleanliness and room/bathroom issues; suitable for budget travelers who prioritize location.
Limpieza5,4
Multiple reviews mention visible stains, loose hair on check-in, cigarette odor in rooms, insects and generally not very clean; some guests did note cleanliness but overall comments skew negative.Servicio8,7
Repeated positive mentions of helpful, attentive and friendly staff, good reception and housekeeping interactions across many reviews.Ubicación9,3
Consistently praised as excellent/central — close to BTS Nana, near attractions and bars, quiet despite being in the middle of the action; location is a principal strength.Habitación6,5
Mixed reports: comfortable beds and some newly refurbished rooms, but several comments about outdated bathrooms, cigarette smell, occasional dirty linen and some broken in-room items (TV/fridge).Servicios6,6
Limited amenities noted (no dedicated outdoor eating space, rooftop still under construction for some guests) and occasional maintenance issues; overall amenities are basic.Relación calidad-precio8,6
Many guests explicitly state good value and that the hotel is a strong low-budget option for the area; overall perception is that price is fair for what is offered.Comida y bebida6,1
Very little F&B mentioned; a few complaints about coffee and lack of dining/outdoor eating space — not a food-focused property.
