Bathroom was in disarray. Every time we took a shower the bathroom floor flooded. Poor design, they tried to make a shower as part of the bathtub and it didn’t work. Engineer came to the room and said there was nothing they could do so they gave us more towels to absorb the water.

tesisden check-out yaptık zamanında. ucak saati 22.45 olduğu için tesisinize bavullarımızı kısa bir süreliğine bıraktık. nedeni de para bozdurmamız ve bir seyler yemek içindi. arkadaslarımı da otelinize gelmeleri için ben davet ettim. pukhet dönüşü iki günde karı koca arkadaslarım gelmişti. beraber aynı ucak saati (22.45) dönüşümüzdü. para bozdurup ve bir seyler yiyip geldik. ucak saatinie kadar ne yapacağımızı palnalayıp taksi cagırdık. otelinizin lobisinde taksiyi beklerken lobideki görevli personel gelip oda numaramızı ve burada neden beklediğimizle ilgili sorular sorup QR kodu göstermemizi istedi. görevli personele QR kodu verilmedi oda numarmızı neden soruyorsunuz ayrılacagız taksiş bekliyoruz dedik. o ana kadar mükemmel giden durum otelden ayrıldıgımız için birden tersine döndü. anlayamadık taksi bekliyoruz dedik ve taksi de zaten o anda geldi. manager ile durumu konustuk o da tam net cevap veremedi. neyse sonucta taksş gelmiş ve ayrılmalıydık. sonuc olarak oetlinşzde bir hafta bende kaldım arkadaslarımkda son 2 güne davet ettim otelinize. işim dolayısıyla hem yurt i.i hemde yurt dışı cok seyahet ederim ve 5 yıldızlı otellelerinde üyesiyim ( accor, hilton vb ) kalşdı her türlü otelerde kalırım bu gşbiş durumlarda ikram edecek seykler sorarken böyle bir duruma mazur kjalmak ilginc oldu. sadece bu biraz canımız sııktı onun harici hersey mükemmelk idi

There was no hot water. The hot water lasted about all of 3mins then it was cold. This was a bummer.

il mio giudizio negativo è per come si sono comportati alla reception al mio arrivo. premesso che mi avevano mandato 2 mail dove mi chiedevano di anticiparli l'orario di arrivo per rendere il mio soggiorno più accogliente. purtroppo venendo dall'Italia il mio volo arrivava il mattino, così l'ho comunicato. mi Hanno risposto che la possibilità di accedere alla mia camera dipendeva dalla disponibilità. quando sono arrivate dopo 24 ore di viaggio tra coincidenze ed attese di aeroporto. in modo molto freddo mi è stato detto che il check in era alle 14.00 ed era inderogabile, poi alla mia insistenza dove chiedevo comprensione, sempre con distacco e freddezza, mi è stato detto che non c'erano stanze disponibili. ma poi un'altra donna che diceva di essere il capo, mi ha detto che se volevo la stanza dovevo pagare il giorno in più. per un utilizzo di qualche ora. poco è servito essere clienti abituali. mi è stato detto che se non mi andava bene potevo andare in un altro hotel. tanto i soldi da me già pagati non sarebbero stati restituiti. mi chiedo a cosa server mandate una mail per sapere quando si arriva se non ci sono deroghe. ho scritto una mail all'hotel per spiegare l'accaduto e come risposta mi hanno detto queste sono le regole, ma ti offriamo la possibilità di spostare il check out alle 18.00. contentino inutile e che contraddice questa è la policy. da un hotel 4 stelle dove sono cliente da tempo mi aspetto comprensione, volontà a trovare una soluzione che accontenti il cliente senza creare danni economici all'hotel. che io stavo qualche ora in più in camera cosa cambiava per loro? cosa che le catene internazionali tra l'altro fanno. mi hanno trattato male e mi hanno detto chiaramente che potevo andare via. per loro io non ero un cliente che interessava.
