Erittäin hyvä · 1 044 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoGenerally comfortable and satisfactory stays with strong cleanliness, location, and breakfast, but a handful of negatives (older facilities, amenity gaps, a safety incident with a bathtub step, and isolated service/billing issues) lower the overall impression for some guests.
Siisteys9,2
Multiple reviews note rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and tidy; cleanliness is a clear positive across stays.Palvelu8,8
Front desk staff are helpful and Japanese-speaking which guests appreciate; a few mentions of minor service hiccups (e.g., breakfast billing/confusion, occasional lack of native Japanese staff).Sijainti9,3
Consistently praised for excellent location near BTS/Tronlor and connected to Nikko/BRT station; very convenient for travel and nearby restaurants.Huone8,2
Rooms are described as spacious, well designed and comfortable with good water areas, but some comments note older overall equipment and a high bathtub step that caused an injury for one guest.Mukavuudet7,5
Amenities are mixed: bidet and typical Japanese hotel fittings are positive, but guests note the property lacks an on-site gym (can use Nikko's) and some facilities feel dated.Hinta-laatusuhde8,4
Many guests call it a great value for a Japanese-style hotel in Bangkok, though a few feel the price is slightly high for what is offered.Ruoka ja juoma9,6
Breakfast is repeatedly highlighted as excellent with quality Japanese options and varied daily choices; overall F&B receives very strong praise.

LanaMatkusti parina · Oct 17
SereneMatkusti yksin · Oct 12Close to BTS. Staff were polite and kind and helpful. Facilities were clean
Breakfast options could have been a bit more varied - I stayed there 3/4 days and the foods were the same every day
