KulkarniMatkusti yksin · Sep 11Fabulous location with lovely and helpful staff. Loved the little touches like the books on the bedside, the free minibar selection and the area map.
LetiziaMatkusti parina · Sep 2Bell’hotel. Personale gentilissimo, sono sempre stati bravissimi a darci consigli e ad aiutarci con ogni domanda o richiesta. Ottima colazione con croissant buonissimi. Posizione molto buona per il centro città.
Il rumore dell’aria condizionata.
CarolynMatkusti yksin · Aug 31The property was great and so was the breakfast. The highlight beyond that was the staff- they are outstanding.
Nothing.

AprilMatkusti parina · Aug 17A very good, functional hotel. It doesn’t have the amenities or facilities of a big hotel so don’t look for that. But the location is great, the room is comfy, nice mini bar snacks.
Nothing really - it’s just that it suits a particular purpose so if it matches that purpose then there really is no problem
PatriciaMatkusti yksin · Aug 17This hotel is a little oasis of peace, just five minutes from the BTS in a lively neighborhood. The staff is attentive. The rooms are spacious and offer every comfort, and breakfast served is delicious.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, but it didn’t spoil overall experience.
NajlaMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 11A wonderful boutique hotel with a clean, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their warm smiles and excellent hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. For a boutique hotel, I found it to be a very good choice, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay with thoughtful service. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their kindness and for everything they did to make our stay enjoyable. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would be happy to return.
The only minor point I would mention is that there was a slight odor in some of the corridors. It did not feel like a cleanliness issue at all; rather, it seemed to be due to limited ventilation. Adding pleasant air fresheners or improving ventilation in the corridors would make the overall experience even better. Overall, this is a very well-maintained boutique hotel with warm and attentive staff, and I truly appreciate their hospitality.
