No electricity for a day, which meant no ac or shower. Staff seemed to know about it happening as they told us it will be back on at 17:30. Should have warned us when we booked as we’re not able to have a shower when we came back from the beach.

MarnusMatkusti parina · Apr 22The restaurant on the rooftop had some good food, the view is amazing, the pool is also nice. The rooms aren't too big but they aren't too small either. Good AC.
The bed was VERY hard. The staff did provide an extra mattress topper, bit it did not really improve the hardness of the bead. Nice neat bathroom, only "issue" we experienced was that either the water is cold or too hot, temperature isn't properly regulated. But luckily it's Thailand, so a cold shower isn't that bad.

La chambre était pas entretenue quand on regardait dans les détails c’était pas ressemblant aux photos (peinture plafond qui tombe du à un ancien dégâts des eaux, barres de seuil qui tiennent pas) toilettes cassé, luminaires qui ne fonctionnent pas). Le lit était très bruyant et pas du tout confortable (le sommier était une planche de bois). La literie ainsi que le serviettes et le sol étaient sales quand on est arrivée on a dû demander à les faire changer. J’ai d’ailleurs trouver un cafard au dessus de ma tête sur la tête de lit en pleine nuit. Et l’hôtel se trouvant dans les hauteurs de Phuket assez loin des grandes villes c’était pas évident de trouver des Grab/ taxi.
JakubMatkusti parina · Mar 6Some people say the locations is not good because its far away from the sea. But the view from the pool is really splendid and you can still rent a scooter or take cheap ride to the beach. There also were no russians in the hotel which was nice.
There was some mould in the room on the wallpapers and you can really smell it at the beginnig. Refurbishment of the room would be welcomed.

A part le parking facile d'accès et la vue depuis la piscine sur le doit, les images et le descriptif de l'hôtel sont incorrects. Il est vieux, les chambres petites, beaucoup de taches et de saleté sur les murs et ce n'est là qu'une petite partie de l'état de délabrement des chambres. nous avons porté réclamation auprès de booking qui l'a acceptée ! les lits sont d'une dureté infernale et douloureuse pour nous, malgré l'ajout d'un surmatelas. Notre pire expérience hôtelière.

ManuelMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 20Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt wordt vers voor je klaar gemaakt en is echt lekker.
Wij hadden de penthouse met privé zwembad. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers en een bedbank en een aparte badkamer. De bedden zijn comfortabel, maar de muren bevatten sporen van vorige bewoners en schimmel plekken. De airco stinkt als je hem even uit hebt gehad en vervolgens weer aan zet. Het privé zwembad is vies en de tegels laten los. Het “grote” zwembad is niet veel beter maar wel schoner. De douche in de kamer is ronduit dramatisch, een pis straaltje koud water, dan ineens een stevige warme straal om vervolgens weer terug te veranderen is een koud straaltje. Al met al is dit verblijf zijn 4 sterren naar mijn mening niet waard. Personeel doet zijn best en is uitermate vriendelijk, maar het complex zelf heeft zijn beste tijd gehad.
