LelethuMatkusti ryhmässä · Oct 13This hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was so clean and cleaned daily and was spacious. The staff was always so pleasant to deal with and everything was seamless. Over and above that the pool area and restaurant was lovely.
I wish that the breakfast had more variety in terms of cuisines and could be a bit switched up on a day to day.

DarrenMatkusti parina · Sep 14The room was large with a medium mattress bed that was very comfortable. WiFi was excellent and the bathroom and toilet was separate which prevented waiting for use. The bathroom contained A lovely bath with a shower head separate to the shower which had excellent power and fixed temperature during use. The balcony was lovely with a pool and seaview from floor 5. Floor 6 would have provided a better seaview. The staff were very professional and extremely friendly. The receptionist Spy was always helpful and willing to engage in western banter.
Taxis were required to get to Kata beach after 6pm which were expensive compared to other parts of Thailand. The hotel happy hour was an hour at two different times of the day. The cocktails were two for one but you had to have the same cocktail as the second drink. There should have been some flexibility around this.

Para ir a Kata Beach hay que coger Bolt o Grab. Aunque el propio hotel pone taxi gratuito, que baja y sube con cierro horario, lo cual se agradece, pero te condiciona por los horarios.

المكان جداً بعيد مانصح فيه موظفين الاستقبال ماش مافي تعاون الافطار جدا قليل كاعرب ماراح يناسبهم كاتبين اطلالة بحر وهو مافي بحر قدامك مباني بيشتغلوا عليها
