Hans JörgMatkusti parina · Oct 16Gute Lage. Zentral in S-Bahnnähe. Ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Kombination Pool/Bar/Restaurant ist angenehm arrangiert.
Der Fitnessraum könnte etwas größer sein. Man sollte außerhalb der Stoßzeiten hingehen.

There was no opportunity to open the windows to get some fresh air. The attitude of the staff. The last evening of my stay I went to the reception to ask for help because I forgot something very sentimental in a taxi and asked the receptionist if he may potentially help me and call the company to track the driver. He was obviously bothered and directly told me to go to the police and that nobody is working at this time (it was around midnight). I was leaving the country the next morning and of course there was no point to go to the police to file some reports, so I just let it be. But the lack of even basic care and proffesionalism was what really threw me off.

Un léger manque d’entretien une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, et la climatisation très bruyante.

SandraMatkusti yksin · Oct 9Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral um relativ schnell in alle Richtungen gut angebunden zu sein. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber, es war alles da was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terasse mit Pool ist sehr besonders.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Morgen das gleiche. Null Abwechslung und für Europäer schon ziemlich schwer überhaupt etwas zu Essen zu finden.
