We answer at these addresses and treat a message there as formal contact. Authorities and users reporting content should use the legal address — it is our point of contact under the Digital Services Act.
What we are
Pinns is an online marketplace. Accommodation and activities are offered by hosts and providers in their own name; we operate the platform on which they do it, and we are not a party to the contract between them and a guest. The terms of that relationship are in the Conditions d’utilisation.
Consumer disputes
Consumers in the EU can use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before that, write to us — most things are settled faster in a message than in a procedure.
