TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao - Adults Only

Arriving by boat it felt like we'd accessed a remote hideaway. We loved the lush jungle behind us, the sea right in front and the limestone karsts framing both. It's peaceful, with a boutique feel and we felt well looked after for our honeymoon. Would love to return.

We loved the remoteness and booked it for that reason, but do be aware there is nothing within walking distance - no alternative places for eating or drinking, no mini-mart and no taxis. The resort restaurants have so much choice (and the quality was great).

Einfach alles! Die Villa mit Pool war ein Traum! Alles perfekt! Sauber, nettes Personal - tolle Yoga Class mit Pali und Eco Bike Tour sowie tollem Essen. Alle sind sehr freundlich.

Nichts zu beanstanden

I like the Treehouse style room. It is really beautiful especially with the pool down at the bottom.

The customer service is the lacking severely. The food is really low quality and poor. If you are the type of person who loves the five-star experience then you're definitely going to be dissatisfied with this experience. They lack the details, customer service and food quality to be considered a 4 or 5 star resort. I'm glad I experienced but I will not be coming back.

There is not one thing we didnt like. Everything was perfect. The staff, the food and cocktails were delicious. The treehouse itself was simply breathtaking.

The bed was too hard

Everything. Stunning place to stay. Amazing treehouse villa giving it every amenity.. very comfortable, amazing atmosphere and great friendly staff. Can’t recommend highly enough

Our stay at TreeHouse Villas was overall average. The concept of the resort is beautiful, with each accommodation being a separate private villa rather than a hotel building, which offers a unique and peaceful experience. However, there are several areas that need improvement. Our villa was clean, but it definitely needs renovation as it felt quite old. The air conditioning was very poor, and we barely felt it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The service was quite slow, and not all of our requests were provided when we asked for them. Housekeeping, however, did an excellent job keeping the villa clean. One downside was the large number of insects outside. Since this is a nature resort, it’s understandable to some extent, but many insects easily entered the villa, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty, but there was very little variety within the breakfast buffet itself, and the menu remained exactly the same every day. After a couple of mornings, it became repetitive and made breakfast less enjoyable. There are a few restaurants around the resort, but they are very expensive and close early in the evening. The activities offered by the resort were also extremely expensive, making it difficult to enjoy many of them. Overall, we had a decent stay, but considering the price, we expected better facilities, faster service, more breakfast variety, and better value for money.

Todo en general, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El personal del hotel muy amables y siempre atentos.

Heel bijzondere boom villa’s midden in de natuur met uitzicht op strand en zee. Zeker geen boomhutten gezien de inrichting en voorzieningen. 5 sterren waardig

Prijzen zijn wat aan de hoge kant, maar gezien geïsoleerde ligging op een eiland wel te begrijpen

המיקום מהמם, כל הקומפלקס של המקום יוצא דופן. החדרים מפנקים מאד ומאובזרים בכל מה שאפשר וצריך ועדיין יש הרגשה שנמצאים בתוך הטבע ובפרטיות מספקת. החלוקה בין הקומה התחתונה לעליונה מצריכה אומנם שימוש במדרגות אבל המתקנים בהחלט שווים את המאמץ. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה מאד ונעימה מאד. החדרים קרובים מאד לחוף שהוא בפני עצמו חגיגה לגוף ולנפש. המקום מאפשר שימוש בקיאקים והנוף מהים עוד יותר מרשים מהנוף המהמם שיש מהחדר. ארוחות הערב אומנם יקרות מהנהוג בתאילנד אבל בהחלט טעימות (יש לקחת בחשבון שאין אופציה אחרת בקרבת מקום ואם רוצים לחסוך בכסף צריך להתארגן מראש ולהביא אוכל יחד איתכם).

לא הבנו מראש את ההבדל שיש בין דרכי הנגעה למקום. הגענו מפוקט בשייט רגיל ומהמזח במונית הפתוחה לריזורט. בדרך חזרה לפוקט השתמשנו באמצעים של המקום. בסופו של סיפור העלות של הדרך הלוך ושל הדרך חזור מאד דומה אבל אין מה להשוות בתנאים של המסע. בפעם הבאה אין ספק שנבחר להשתמש בהסעה של הריזורט גם בדרך הלוך וגם הדרך חזור. הסירה בליגה אחרת וזה חוסך את הנסיעה במונית הפתוחה בדרך לא סלולה קופצנית מאד.
