Worst hotel. The worst. Old, ugly, no water flow in the shower, no hot water in the shower. I booked for 2 nights and cancelled the second night. The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life
Loved the design of the rooms. Excellent location, convenient for shopping, dining, nightlife. All staff excelled. All friendly and helpful including housekeeping, door staff and in reception Pang and her colleagues

Walking to the room felt like walking along a cruise ship deck! The porter was really helpful and the pool was a really good size. The bar area was pleasant with a wide choice of cocktails and (welcome gift) mocktails. BBC news was on the TV in the lobby which made me feel at home and the whole hotel design and feel was modern and chic. I didn’t have time to try the food. The area around is typical Pattaya with bars and restaurants close - but not so close that they affected the stay in any negative way.

The staff were so nice, all amazing people! The pool was nice, the room was spotless and clean! Bed was so comfortable.
