StevenVoyage en famille · Oct 15Quality of accommodation & breakfast.
The fact that the hotel was undergoing renovations. With one notable exception the customer service was lacking. All in all, a pretty soulless experience.
gbmillionVoyage en groupe · Sep 17Everything. I've stayed here several times. Everything is top notch.
Nothing to complain about.
TomohikoVoyage en solo · Sep 8
KimVoyage en couple · Sep 75is place is like an oasis in Bangkok. So quiet and serene. The staff are amazing. I had to call the airline to change flights and they did the initial call for me to ensure I got someone who could speak English and they knew what U was calling about. Also their assistance with a couple of Grab rides to ensure we would get to where we needed to go because they were in Grab in Thai was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for all staff. So good that when we returned to Bangkok at the end of our trip we rebooked and then extended a couple of days!
Nothing - we had a terrace garden room on the ground floor - perfect!
ThomasVoyage en solo · Sep 6Like that it us hidden from the city noise
There was construction but it had already advised that this was work in progress
GerhardVoyage en couple · Sep 4Eine traumhafte Oase im Großstadtdschungel. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Late check out standardmässig
