Propreté7,2
Mixed signals: several guests praise cleanliness, but others note aging linens (grey towels) and some pool debris; overall slightly above average cleanliness with maintenance issues.Service7,8
Generally attentive and friendly staff noted multiple times, though some guests report unhelpful or rude front desk behaviour and issues around room upgrades—overall service leans positive but inconsistent.Emplacement7,3
Very convenient and close to Patong's walking street (popular location), but multiple reviews cite significant nighttime noise from nearby bars (O-Top/Hard Rock) affecting some rooms.Chambre6,8
Mixed to negative: complaints about windowless rooms (no natural light), noise in rooms facing bars, and problems with promised upgrades; some rooms are fine but quality is inconsistent.Équipements8,7
Standout amenities (large pool, swim-up bar, massage) frequently praised; however a few reports of broken jacuzzi units and pool maintenance issues—still a strong amenity offering overall.Rapport qualité-prix9,0

Breakfast experiences vary from 'incredible' to 'only OK' across reviews; overall slightly above average F&B but not uniformly excellent.

JULIANVoyage en solo · Sep 19I really enjoyed my stay at the Baumanburi Hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there are certainly a wide choice of various dishes. The service at the hotel is very good and they provide room service with your choice of meals delivered to your hotel room. The staff were really friendly and everyone working at the hotel always made you feel welcome. I must say the Baumanburi Hotel is in a perfect location. The beach is an eight minute walk and the local food markets and live music entertainment bars are all close to the hotel.
The room size was good and despite being close to the Patong nightlife, it is quiet and relaxing in the hotel. The quality of the food and a good sized restaurant area next to the swimming pool is a good area to relax.
