1.大夜班飯店接待人員太消極，一樓廁所一進去燈泡直接炸滿地，反應後也不查看，說等等會請人處理，繼續坐著。 2.房間冷氣吹不涼。 3.航班取消提出證明也不通融延期或退款，堅持不退費。 4.盥洗用具無提供，反應後半小時後才拿到，不知道在拖什麼。

The breakfast was not good and also the hotel staff fooled us by charging extra 200 bhat for a stain on bed sheet though it is part of cleaning and hotel, just a single dot on bed sheet and they entered are room without our permission for cleaning

I was especially surprised how quite it was as not a lot of people was on my floor, but also surrounding area outside. I had perfect sleeps, but I am not so complicated about that. Having a shutle service to the terrain station was also a pleasure. Stuff was helpful and profesional
It is a little bit distantly located and the massage salon was not the best you can have in a neighborhood. Also they don’t accept card payment or Apple Pay. That was a bummer for me, as I left out my physical card at home, since we don’t use it in our country.
