3 nuits très bien !

Personnel très aimable Petit-déjeuner déjeuner bon avec de bons jus de fruits. La plage est magnifique Après avoir eu un soucis dans notre chambre à notre arrivée...nous avons été surclassé, nous remercions le personnel.

...Les nombreuses marches pour accéder à la réception !

Beautiful location, excellent staff….but management need to improve maintenance.

Beautiful location with lovely staff. Beachfront room with pool was very nice.

Many areas were maintained poorly. Beautiful beach which is obviously the best asset…..again let down with poor maintenance. Rubbish on beach, how hard can it be for staff to pick up. Grass area full of weeds and this was the only way to walk to our beachfront room. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing more.

Very good location, very quiet, tranquil. All properties covered with beautiful trees and shrubs. Beautiful smells from the frangipanies and other plants. Also, one of the best beaches on the island.

Nothing I could say that we didn’t like.

Die mitterarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich schöner Strand

Die Unterkunft entsprach leider nicht dem beworbenen Luxusstandard. Der private Pool wies sichtbare Verschmutzungen, Ablagerungen und beschädigte Stellen auf. Auch die Badewanne war verschmutzt und es gab Feuchtigkeits-/Schimmelflecken im Innenbereich. Insgesamt wirkte die Villa deutlich ungepflegter als auf den offiziellen Bildern dargestellt. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, jedoch entsprach der tatsächliche Zustand der Unterkunft nicht dem Preisniveau und unseren Erwartungen. Leider erhielt ich bisher auch keine direkte Rückmeldung der Unterkunft zu den gemeldeten Problemen. Fassen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in einem kurzen Satz zusammen.

The beach is beautiful. The layout and the garden of the resort is beautiful. The pool at the villa is nice.

The villas really need an update. The walls were really dirty and need to get a new painting.

Die Lage, das Personal und das Essen ist fantastisch. Unbedingt die Strandvilla mit Pool nehmen :)

Das die Handtücher, Toipapier und Minibar(Pepsi) nur dürftig aufgefüllt wurden.

My stay at this hotel was perfect, and I really enjoyed my time there

The hotel is built in terraces and is located in a very quiet spot right by the sea; the breakfast was international, fresh, and very tasty. The beach and the bar are right on the beach, and you can enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. The hotel rents out scooters for 250 baht per day. Other popular beaches are very easy to reach by scooter. My room was sufficiently spacious with a private balcony overlooking the grounds and the sea. The transfer from the pier to the hotel and back is very well organized, so you can start enjoying your vacation right away. Kudos to the team and the kitchen staff.

Everything was perfect during my stay, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, you should consider the beautiful apartments in the hotel complex.

Absolutnie wszystko było perfekcyjne. Wspaniała kuchnia, pyszne śniadania, nieziemskie obiady i kolacje w restauracji , widokiem na plażę i morze. Najmilsza na świecie obsługa, pokoje bardzo czyste, świetnie urządzone, bardzo duże. Chętnie tam wrocę.
