La piscine est passable c'est la seule chose que j'ai apprécié mais sans plus

Manque de propreté, humidité dans ma chambre qui a abîmé le sac de mon fils, le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon ainsi que le restaurant, j'ai demandé un fer a repasser il n'en avait pas, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel très décevant...

Tolles Hotel und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Alles war super. Es war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Außerdem war die Lage wirklich top. Man brauchst nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Food Night Market.

We will not go back again

Are you still in see that this hotel was super close to me because we used to stay for three times but this time we felt disappointed about the old lady Staff that worked in the morning on 29th of August so much. She was so mean and treated us like we were lying that our room had the power ran out from 11 am until 5 PM. It was truth they can check the CCTV that we came down to ask when the power gonna come back around 5 PM in the afternoon on the date 24th August. She was super mean to me and say she was in the situation on that day and the power went out until just only 2-3 pm.... that was very bad experience and we will never go back to this hotel again

Very unfairly Staff especially the lady who work at the reception on the day 29th August around 7 am

May not go back again because the stuff wasn't nice as usual

We stayed here for three times now because we love all of the good service mind from the staffs. But this time we felt disappointed a little bit, Staff that the power went out around 11am-2pm but I have no idea with my room that the power ran out until 5 PM ... and we didn't say anything. And when we got to the room, we opened the water tap, and all of the BLACK stuff came out with the dirt. Then we told the staff and they came to fix it and we got over it ..... And the next day we wanted to stay in the same room because of our booking was over but to stop talking really bad to us... that's why this time might be the last time for us to stay here. Because it hurt our feeling a lot that we wanted to stay in the same room, but she said I had to pay more money after I booked it by Booking.com already and I got upgraded by the website.

Very unfriendly and mean lady Staff. She seemed a little bit ages.

Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, todos los tours nos pasaron a buscar por el hotel y nos dejar a la vuelta también. Y Bank, que se encarga del desayuno fue muy amable con nosotras. Excelente todo. Buen desayuno.

Nada
