JackVoyage en couple · Oct 15The bed was uncomfortable, two singles pushed together and two sheets felt like I was in a different bed to the Mrs and the elevators are terrible, not the best location. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all

MICHAELVoyage en couple · Sep 7Did not eat the breakfast due to finding roaches in my room!!
Did not like much after finding roaches in our room. I showered went out in town with my wife for dinner. When we returned I went to us the restroom, I turned on the light and found 25-30 roaches all over the floor, the sink, and the tub. I talked to the front desk and they offered us another room. I was not really wanting to take the chance on bugs again, but I told them I would look at the room. The new upgraded room was bigger and seemed clean. The wife and I showered went to bed. I woke up a couple hours into my sleep to get some water. I turned the light on in the living room area and found several roaches on the floor and a few of our bag. I had to call booking to get a refund started and checked out early the next morning. Thankfully I some of my money back. I think I should have been initialed to a full refund but the hotel would not refund the one night we stayed. I am very disappointed since this was a "Booking" special hotel pick! I can tolerate small issues with rooms, but that amount of bugs was crazy.

JessadakornVoyage en couple · Jul 25Hotel is not too far from the viewpoint on the mountain.
The underground parking was not clean. There were litter left in the same place for many days.

The room was dirty and not cleaned properly each day, no sheet change and forgot some towels on some days. There were many unsavoury Indian men that harassed my niece every day and were loud until very late. The breakfast was terrible. There was also a bad smell in the hallways.

デポジット1000バーツを返してくれなかった。日本人の皆様、この宿には泊まらない方がいいかと。私の素直な感想です。ホテルの従業員も最低です。デポジット返却を要求すると中指を突き立てられました。
