Loved my stay

I’ve stayed at Mermaid Hotel Bangkok multiple times and it’s always great! The beds are very comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect—just a two-minute walk to El Toro Steakhouse and three minutes to Emsphere shops. The staff have always been polite and helpful. There is even a wonderful older doorman who always opens the door for you with a friendly salute and helps carry your bags. Highly recommend!

he only minor downside is that the pool is a bit cold!

Overall ok , but nothing special anymore

The property location is great

We have stayed here numerous times over the years , usually always a captain suite , but come on guys let’s do some updating. Nothing has changed since pre Covid .

great location, nice hotel and modern gym

Big room and bed, friendly staff and great location. hotel is rather old-ish but everything works fine. modern and well equipped gym in the neighboring hotel which can be used for free (very short walk).
