There are small things at and around the hotel that require so maintenance, nothing serious
The hotel is simply superb! I want to thank the staff, Wi, BEN, Bowui, and everyone else, they are so great!!! The attitude towards guests is simply wonderful!!! We stayed for a couple of weeks, but decided to stay here for another week, we really didn't want to leave! The grounds are huge, the breakfasts are wonderful!!! I highly recommend it!! The two wonderful restaurants! We will definitely come again!!

TetyanaVoyage en couple · Sep 6את המיקום, פרטיות בחדר עם יציאה לבריכה, היה גם מרווח בבריכה המשותפת עם מיטות שיזוף. הצוות היה נחמד, מיטה נוחה. הבריכה מאוד נקייה והקפידו לנקות כול כמה ימים.
בחדר שלנו (עם יציאה לבריכה) היה רעשים של מזגן ושל מקרר שממש הפריעו לישון. כמו כן, יש להם שירות של רכב גולף שמסיע לכביש הראשי (שדי רחוק מהמלון) ולרוב לוקח להם זמן להגיע. ובעלי עם קביים היה וביקשנו מספר פעמים אם יש אפשרות לאסוף אותו מהחדר כי קשה לו ללכת אך הם לא הסכימו וביקשו שנגיע לבר בבריכה (יש שם מעין חניון עם נק׳ איסוף) וזה היה קצת מאכזב כי יכלו להתחשב בעיקר שזה מלון 5 כוכבים..

אין שום מינימרקט במתחם, והיציאה מהמלון ארוכה. מזגן באחד החדרים התקלקל פעמיים אבל באו לתקן, גם הוילון באחד החדרים לא ממש חסם האור בבוקר. ארוחת בוקר דלה באופן יחסי למלונות אחרים, רק המון מנות אסיאתיות.
