We love coming back to this hotel. Khun Ball makes us feel at home and special every time we come here. The breakfast is also very good…as is the complementary hotel shuttle to the Ekamai MRT station. We come back here because of Khun Ball. Thanks once again.
Pool and gym are under construction and not available for use. Property is physically in poor condition.
My stay at Ramada was disappointing. The bed was dirty with old blood stain, the room unclean, and service poor. The pool was under renovation but not disclosed. We canceled our second night. Management must improve standards. 😞😞😞😞😞
هذا فندق ممتاز جداً مكانه جيد و المواظفين طيبين الخلق و أمينين وتعاملهم ممتاز لقد تركت حقيبتي لمدة ثلاث أيام و رجعت رأيت غرفة كما هي This is a very excellent hotel, its location is good, and the staff are good and honest, and their treatment is excellent. I left my bag for three days and came back and saw a room as it is.
Staffs were cooperative specially Mr. Ball was very helpful and proactive, hotel rooms like sofa and floor were not so clean, very small pool, breakfast menue was limited but good. We had kitchen and drawing space though. Location is good.
The room wasn’t clean enough for standards and noticeable stain. When they were refresh my room, stuff in room were not placed on the same spot as it used to be/ our bed hasn’t been made properly like they finished half of the bed then left. I forgot my Thai money in the room as we went out during the day then I came back and looked for it and it was gone. To be honest, it was couple hundred baht I know it’s not much but I wasn’t mean to tip the housekeeping as I complained before the room wasn’t clean enough to tip the housekeeping anyways so I don’t know why they assumed they could just take the money even though people could just place it in the room? As a Thai person, I haven’t been in Thailand for a long time I was very disappointed of the housekeeping behaviour.
We've spent almost two months at this suites hotel in Bangkok, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! We stayed in the one-bedroom superior king suite, which was just perfect for us. The room was always clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days exploring the city. One thing to note is that the kitchen is pretty small and not very well-equipped for cooking elaborate meals. If you're planning to do a lot of cooking, you might find it a bit challenging. But for simple meals and snacks, it worked just fine. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. They were all super nice and helpful, especially the manager, Mr. Ball. He was fantastic—professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He really made our stay special. The location has its pros and cons. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest BTS station and a 10-minute walk to the closest supermarket. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since taxis often refused to go there, particularly when it was raining. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle service in one direction, which was a nice perk. We loved the room’s AC and TV—they both worked perfectly. The room also had a small balcony and was very quiet, which was great for relaxing. For those who need to work remotely, there's a big desk that’s perfect for digital nomads. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop swimming pool with sun beds and the gym. We used both every day and enjoyed them very much. The gym was okay, although not all of the equipment was working. Still, it was good enough for a daily workout. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Bangkok.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Bangkok, and I felt compelled to express my gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service provided during my visit. In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding contributions of your manager, Mr Ball.
Ball and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Im so grateful they made my stay so awesome.
Our room was dirty and nor at all what was expected from the Ramada brand. The floor was dirty, I could write my name in the dust on the coffee table, the patio door had finger prints all over it, there was a dirty ashtray on the patio, the wall paper had stains and was separating from the wall, the sofa was worn and dirty, the headboard had greasy fingerprints on it, the furniture was cheap pressboard material and well worn/scratched. How bad was it? We paid for 2 nights and left after one. Upon check out the kind front desk clerk did not bother to ask why we were leaving early. To top it off, the hotel is not even close to popular amenities and a shuttle to the main road is necessary. My friend booked the rooms but when I heard the Ramada name I trusted it would be an agreeable hotel. I would suggest Ramada audit this, facility to ensure its quality is up to standards. Lastly, it was not just my room. My friend and his wife stayed too and had the same complaints about their room. Cost was appx 100USD per night and in the Sukhumvit area it is possible to get a very nice room for that amount. Sadly, the Ramada by Wyndam Ten Ekkami is not that place.
