Avis des clients de l'hôtel

8,8Très bien · sur 974 avis

Résumé par IAMultiple reviewers report very positive stays ('Amazing', 'Everything is perfect', 'Muy buena estancia', 'Tout était parfait'), reflecting a generally excellent overall experience despite isolated issues (internet outage, occasional maintenance).

Propreté9,2
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness: described as 'spotless', 'très propre', 'muy limpio' and 'very clean' across several stays, indicating consistently high housekeeping standards.
Service8,5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (welcome guard, attentive personnel, 'adorable' staff), though at least one report noted management was unresponsive about a prolonged internet outage and a questionable charge, so service is generally strong but with occasional management lapses.
Emplacement9,0
Many reviewers note a very convenient location near restaurants, main area and walking distance to coast; one comment said not as close to the beach as expected but still walkable, overall a strong location.
Chambre8,1
Rooms are described as spacious and well-equipped often, but some guests note issues: small bathroom storage, thin walls/noise, uncomfortable bed for one reviewer and at least one outdated apartment report, so room quality is good but with noticeable negatives for some guests.
Équipements8,6
Pool is repeatedly praised (fantastic, calm, lane and kids pool); gym exists and is appreciated but there are complaints about gym lighting and a defective AC affecting usable time, so amenities are strong overall but not flawless.
Rapport qualité-prix9,3
Several reviewers explicitly call it 'good value' or 'excellent rapport qualité-prix' and 'recommended, buena relacion calidad precio', indicating a perception of strong value for the price.
Restauration8,7
Few mentions but positive: an on-site eatery praised ('fijn eet gelegenheid', Lai Thai restaurant and wine bar noted) and no major complaints about food service, so F&B sentiment is modestly positive.

Satisfactoria

Apartment is clean and spacious, there isn't any noice! It is so peaceful! Beautiful swimming pool. Excellent location! Highly recommended to families.

No hand soap? No tissue box? Why??? All rooms are very dark! Lack of lights???

Her yere kolayca erisebiliyoruz.
