Résumé par IAOverall positive stay for many guests thanks to location, room size and value; despite some service and cleanliness issues, the prevailing sentiment is that the hotel provides a very good experience for its price point.

Propreté5,5
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms but at least one report described severe issues (ants and bedbugs) and some mentions of older bathrooms; overall cleanliness is inconsistent.
Service8,6
Generally helpful and friendly staff according to multiple comments, though there are isolated reports of rude check-in and communication difficulties which lower the score slightly.

Huge strength: repeatedly noted as very close to the Chabad centre, near Chaweng beach and central Samui — highly convenient for guests.

Équipements8,0
Pool and gym praised and useful beach access via sister hotel, but pool size and some facility limitations were mentioned.
Rapport qualité-prix9,2
