Le personnel était très agréable et gentil. Ils faisaient de leurs mieux pour que l’on soit à l’aise !

Beautiful property just not idea for me or meet my requirements needs some upgrades

Upon arrival I noticed this property is not recommended for everyone as it requires lots of steep climbing up hill not recommended for bad knees elders or handicap upon arrival police were in lobby due to de escalate un happy guest to find out property internet phones where down requiring frequent walks to lobby not idea for any one working remote guest should be notified of this I had the carry my luggage down 3 flight steps and down long hill as phones to call reception didn’t work the 30 mins in room I wasn’t eaten alive by mosquitoes so I had to book another hotel after a very long flight and late at night

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Vor allem das nette Personal, im besonderen Kaykai war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit unseren Fragen zu phuket und Ausflüge immer gut Auskunft gegeben und uns gut informiert. Sehr Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig.
