Close to everything
The hotel is a go to for me because it is conveniently located well priced and always clean but this one time I had a terrible time with the woman at reception. I was in my room asleep when I got a phone call saying I am a check out check out check out Very loudly on the phone. This type of behavior is not acceptable whilst I made the mistake of getting my dates mixed up. I do not expect to be treated like this. This is terrible customer service now I know there is a language barrier as well, but that is just not acceptable. Very bad training. A small thing like this would stop me staying again.
This is my go to hotel every time I’m here. It’s quite inconvenient clean and walkable. Absolute value for money
