Staff were friendly and it was clean.

Night club on the street behind played very loud music until 4.00am making it hard to sleep. Swimming pool is like a fish pond in the carpark. Breakfast is poor with most things cold or just slightly warm.

Bella strutture in stile locale, molto pulita. Carina la piccola piscina, fa il suo lavoro. Personale gentile, sempre paziente e disponibile

La colazione é stata dal primo giorno molto deludente ma la cosa peggiore é che in 7 giorni non è MAI cambiata. Il personale sempre gentilissimo ma dovrebbero pensare a delle variazioni. Siamo stati 7 notti e per metà abbiamo fatto colazione altrove

Very nicely located in the old town not far from a street food area. Little buildings nicely decorated with gardens trees and fountains. Good price for our stay

In Thailand you can get laundry service for 50 THB per kilo and we used the hotel service for 70 THB per kilo on the last day to realize that some pieces of clothes were missing. Hotel should be more careful with this service

Relación calidad-precio es excelente. Me gustó el personal, amable y atento en todo momento. Hubo un problema en nuestra habitación y nos cambiaron a una mejor con celeridad. También tienen servicio de lavandería a buen precio, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El desayuno está muy bien, con mucha variedad. El sitio es bonito y acogedor. La ubicación es excelente para visitar Chiang Mai en 2-3 días.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación hace bastante ruido y el mando no funciona correctamente. Teníamos que mover las pilas para que funcionase. La iluminación de las habitaciones es muy oscura, especialmente en el baño, no me podía maquillar porque era demasiado oscuro.
