room doesn’t quite look as the pictures do and the beds were uncomfortable but overall it was lovely
LeonelaVoyage en famille · Feb 10When I arrived at this hotel, I was a bit unsure because of some negative reviews I had read, but my personal experience was completely different and very positive. From the beginning, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. They helped us find taxis when the apps weren’t working and we also used the laundry service several times, which was very convenient during our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Even though Patong Beach is a very lively and busy area, the hotel is located on a quiet street, which made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. We were able to rest well and truly enjoy our time there. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a clean, calm place within Patong and kind, helpful staff.
herbal zoharVoyage en famille · Feb 9As a traveler, I didn't like anything about the hotel. A cramped, small room for two people. No breakfast. The receptionist's attitude is not polite or pleasant. For those who go up on foot and not by elevator, the stairs are narrow, high, and in my opinion not suitable anymore, and not all floors have a handrail to hold on to.

IgnasVoyage en couple · Feb 8Not sure if there is anything.
Room. Windows were facing other building, which was 5 meters away from our window, so we had to listen other house air conditioning engines all night long. Also you could hear sounds of busy street next doors. in addition, instead of twin room we got a single bed room. When asked at the reception, if we can get additional blanket not to sleep under one, the lady said - we dont have and turned around. Realy? Big hotel doesn’t have additional blanket?sure..

DanielVoyage en solo · Mar 21Skön säng, det är bara 100 m till Bangla Road.
Har inte hunnit med någon negativt för jag övernattade bara en natt. Ljudet vet jag inte eftersom jag är döv.
