Great location. Located beside a mall and walkable to MBK and Siam square (around 20mins walk). Not close to BTS but direct link to blue line mrt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing is the housecleaning service. The floor was not cleaned daily because I can see my hair lying around everyday. It’s only the last day when they finally cleaned the floor. I have nothing to complain except for the house cleaning.

One of the best properties that I've stayed in Bangkok. Location was convenient, and my room was clean. I would like to give thanks to front desk staff - Bo and Neng who were very helpful and friendly.

I am not sure what is going on at this hotel with the front counter staff. There seems to be an organised scheme to charge guests for fake damage. The staff tried to charge us for a shampoo bottle that would not pump shampoo. Had an argument with them. This is not good at all.
