Le personnel au top

Le petit-déjeuner, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 etoile😅 Les aliments sont mélangés(la viande de porc est dans la même assiettes que le poulet). L'hôtel est loin de tout

Lovely stay in Samui

Right on the beach, lovely staff from front desk to the ladies in the spa - very attentive. it is in a good location, with 7/11 nearby and many restaurant options. The room was great value, the property was quiet. Food did not take too long when ordered and the breakfast buffet was adequate.

Some requests for bedding and housekeeping were not as followed and had to be chased on a few occasions but nothing major.

Camere doppie comunicanti bellissime, con due bagni entrambi con doccia e vasca perfetta per una famiglia di 5 persone, posizione dell’hotel tranquilla e rilassante lontana dalla vita serale raggiungibile in 30 minuti di taxi, piscina piccola ma carina, staff molto gentile , happy hour.

Hotel ideal si buscas tranquilidad y comodidad. Playa preciosa y muy tranquila.

Localización tranquila. Playa preciosa y habitación muy cómoda. El restaurante y buffet en la playa. El personal muy atento y muy buen servicio al cliente. Hay algunos lugares para ir a pie donde desayunar y comer también si no quieres estar todo el tiempo en el hotel

Hay algunos detalles en los que se nota falta de inversión en el hotel. Fue un hotel excelente hace unos años pero se ve que ahora ya no es de esa categoría. Aún así la relación calidad precio es muy buena y la situación si no quieres estar en el barullo de Koh Samui es excelente
