The staff are too kind, respectful and friendly

The staff here are super friendly and the service is incredibly attentive. A special thank you to Zen, Mew, Bas and the whole team, who really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They responded so quickly to every request. When I found the bed a little firm, they added a mattress topper which completely transformed it - it was like sleeping on a cloud! They also worked with me to find a way to quieten the air conditioning, which I really appreciated. It was how willing they were to help, that made such a difference. Breakfast was delicious and there was always a little extra treat alongside it, such as ginger and dumpling soup or tasty tofu snacks. And the hotel itself is full of character. The decor thoughtfully reflects the history of old Siam, including the beautiful gold-leaf artwork throughout. This is a sweet boutique hotel, with a warm and attentive group of the people running it.

Grabs could sometimes get a bit confused about where the hotel was, but always fairly easily resolved and the staff were also happy to chat to them if any issues.

The location was easy and the rooms were special and comfortable

Unglaublich schönes Boutquehotel in ein wirklich ruhigen, aber denoch sehr zentralen Lage, mit Restaurants 7-eleven etc. in der unmittelbaren Nähe! Super Frühstück, ganz tolles Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer!

Pool wäre toll… aber ist kein Abzug! Sind mitten in der Stadt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind begeistert von der herzlichen, besonderen Betreuung vom Personal des Hotels. Alle sind sehr fürsorglich und über das normale Maß bemüht den Gästen alle Wünsche von den Augen abzulesen. Wir sind sehr glücklich über unsere Wahl und kommen bestimmt bald wieder! Vielen Dank an die Familie, die das Phanakron so herzlich führt!

Esperienza perfetta. Accoglienza squisita, disponibilità, gentilezza ed empatia, questo già basterebbe. Colazione, servita a la carte, ottima molto completa ed abbondante, sempre arricchita da qualche prelibatezza Thai a sorpresa. La camera è grande, ben accessoriata e strutturata, ma sopratutto estremamente personale, non certo la solita camera standardizzata. La zona è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi moltissime cose da vedere e visitare.

Esperienza davvero eccezionale, STAFF di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, un hotel unico nel suo genere ! La stanza era enorme con addirittura due docce, colazione ottima.
