Résumé par IAOverall positive experiences for many guests: comfortable, convenient for airport transit, excellent staff and standout rooftop/pool; isolated negatives (noise, mattress, AC/cleanliness issues) temper but do not dominate overall impressions.

Propreté6,8
Mixed reports: many guests described rooms as clean and tidy, but there are specific negative mentions (tiny red ants in towels, AC smelling of used air) indicating occasional cleanliness/maintenance lapses.
Service8,8
Consistently praised: multiple reviews highlight very friendly, helpful and attentive staff and reception service, with several mentions of exceptional service at check-in and for transit stays.
Emplacement8,8
Strong positive consensus: repeatedly noted as excellent for short stays/transit (around 10 minutes to airport), close to shops, night market and transport; ideal for overnight flights.
Chambre6,5
Several room-related issues: firm/very firm mattresses, uncomfortable beds for some guests, noisy thin walls/adjacent-room noise and occasional AC vibration or old AC units causing odors.
Équipements8,2
Generally positive: rooftop restaurant/bar, pool, and occasional sauna praised; rooftop live music and pleasant atmosphere highlighted by multiple guests.
Rapport qualité-prix7,4
Perceived as good for purpose (transit/one-night stays) with modest rooftop prices; some implicit value positives but not uniformly commented on, so rated slightly below excellent.
Restauration7,7
Rooftop restaurant widely praised for atmosphere and quality; breakfast described as excellent by some but criticized or noted as not included on booking by others, producing mixed but overall positive sentiment.

Awesome & Relaxing !!

I use this property every year when my Thai wife and I return to see the family. Only minutes from the airport . We use the round-trip shuttle service that is included as part of our hotel package. The rooms are clean and well kept up the staff. There is outstanding and if you’re into a rooftop restaurant and Barr, this hotel has one that is outstanding.

Amazing hotel with great staff and beautiful price.

I really liked the room size, the location near the airport, and the shuttle service that took me there. The staff was also really helpful. The hotel had a nice rooftop bar and a 7-11 nearby for coffee and sandwiches. This was actually my third time staying there.

The area was flooding, so you really couldn't walk around or do much outside the hotel. The dessert at the rooftop bar took forever to reach my table, but other than that, there wasn't much else wrong with the place.

The staff were all so friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. We also had dinner here. The sea bass was excellent. My stay here was perfect.

I didnt stay here longer. 😁

It would have been great without the flooding.

Great facilities

Flooding ment you couldn’t walk out of the hotel without wading through knee-high water. Cars could not get through the streets, only SUV’s and vans @ trucks. No breakfast available
