Breakfast and pool area were very good the staff were friendly and helpful Rooms were spacious and comfortable
We booked a garden view room but got a ‘free upgrade’ however that included a main road view! We spoke to staff about the excessive noise and they happily moved us to a new room away from the road. A lot better and quieter, close to the pool and breakfast room.
The property looks very aesthetic from the outside, it’s located near ATMs & a mini mart & a postbox so it’s convenient. Very easy to call a taxi there.
The staff were not hospitable.. at all! I had very heavy luggage and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs with them - no one offering to help. No elevator. The waiting area of the block I was in had no AC/ fan despite it being 30 degrees C. I sent my laundry before 10am for same day service - got it back the next day - it was much more expensive than expected! I was never told about the swimming pool etc - in fact my room was on the opposite side despite me paying 210 euros for 3 nights.. the room itself was two single beds that kept moving - not even attached to the headboard. I was told there was complimentary tea and water - but there was no water in the room until it was cleaned. When it was cleaned the dirty towels remained and just new towels were placed on top of my bed. No welcome drink or complimentary snacks like other hotels.. no room service , and when I ordered food from Grab to reception, staff was miserable whilst dropping it to my room. The shower had great problems with the hot water also. How is this a 5 star hotel?? Customer service really needs improvement.
