Hotel is starting to show it's age. Needs a freshening up.
FatihVoyage en solo · Oct 13I would like to thank Aksa at the reception for her excellent service. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm smile and positive attitude made me feel very welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference. Thank you, Aksa, for making my stay even more enjoyable!
MoyonVoyage en couple · Oct 7Restaurant did not serve balanced range of food, largely Indian dishes. Large groups of Indian tourists who were very loud throughout the night preventing sleep. They did not respond to polite requests to keep quiet. I had to request a change in room. I was there for two weeks so this was a major impact. The breakfast buffet was largely indian and was not worth the cost. Lack of control of guest behaviour was very poor despite my numerous complaints.
