EduardVoyage en couple · Sep 15Great location, close to Phuket Old Town. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were a little difficult to find at times, but apart from that, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back if I wanna stay close to the town
PaulVoyage en solo · Aug 26Location is convenient
For some reason they don’t use the air conditioner at the entrance area. A bit hot
AdityaVoyage en couple · Aug 5It was value for money. Clean, near town. Safe.
Just felt weird when no one was on reception at night.
KseniaVoyage en famille · Aug 3Best location in down town! Best value for money!
Teddy LeeVoyage en groupe · Jul 23Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, gần chợ đêm và các điểm tham quan.
BonnieVoyage en couple · Jul 17Moderately priced.
Safe was broken, bathroom window didn’t shut, TV remote batteries were dead, bidet was leaking, and aircon was old/ slow to cool. Maybe we just had a very unlucky/ bad room but it was still a very poor experience. On top of this, staff was difficult to find - often had to wait for long periods or knock on doors to inform him of broken items.
RobertoVoyage en solo · Jul 10Excellent, I can't say anything else. Perfectly clean, modern rooms. Excellent staff. 10 minutes away from city center on foot Just 3 minutes away on foot from bus stop to/from the airport, bus arrives quite on time to pick up towards airport, as it is just 2 stops along from its departure at bus station, good view of the street to see when the bus is coming from far away. Bring cash in 50th or 100s, they may not have change right at the moment and though they will pick you up, they will show disturbed face.
