I wouldn’t stay if you want a good sleep

Location

The mattress in my initial room was so old I could feel the springs through it. The next day I was put into a new room. Exact same issue. Then I wanted to cancel my last night as I hadn’t slept the previous nights. I was told by reception & manager that they would connect with booking and refund the last night. The following day I received a message from booking.com that “they were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation” — in other words they don’t want to refund my last night.

Местоположение, бассейн.

В номерах установлены очень старые кондиционеры. У кондиционеров регулируется только скорость (задать температуру и другие режимы - нельзя). Кондиционеры очень сильно шумят, даже на минимальной скорости. Спать невозможно, а в номере безумно жарко. На мою претензию хозяин отеля сказал, что на Пхукете везде стоят такие кондиционеры и это нормально для острова, что является полным враньем. Деньги вернуть отказались.

Sorry but with this big problem not worth the money

The exterior

Air conditioning is awful, it make crazy noise and even at minimum speed is super Windy dierct on your face and bed , first night I didn’t sleep, for noise and strong ac, second night I already had sore throat , but no choice die by heat or keep like this, I talk with receception and the answer was welcome to Thailand as the problem of the hotel is common of Thailand, which is not , I come to Thailand 17 years and I have been guest is some hotel, don’t you think? Anyway….

tutto alla grande, torneremo!

La posizione è ottima per chi si può spostare in motorino. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale e la struttura è moderne e pulita. Siamo tornati per la seconda volta e confermiamo la nostra scelta! Grazie!

Non avrei elementi da segnalare. Può capitare che ci siano vicini un po' rumorosi, ma generalmente si riesce a rimediare. Sarebbe bello se la struttura offrisse una colazione.

Posto molto tranquillo adatto a coppie e famiglie.

Probabilmente il materasso un pò troppo duro, idem i cuscini ma non è stato un problema.
