Bed was very hard
NantitaVoyage en couple · Sep 11We asked staff at reception to get us a taxi or a ride told us to down load a apt Which we didn’t want to do So after a stand off with some of reception they finally got us one Only hotel in Thailand so far after about 15 trips here reception wasn’t helpful It could of been a bad day for they one of those things Let’s hope so And the room wasn’t cleaned good enough

We were disappointed by the member of staff checking us in at reception. She was not very welcoming, and My wife is Thai and said she was not being very polite in her communications. All the other staff were very pleasant.

Ze bieden weinig tot geen hulp voor uitstappen. Ze weten zelf niet goed wat er in de buurt allemaal te doen is. Kamers werden niet gepoetst. Handdoeken werden niet vervangen.

Het personeel was allemaal niet heel vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. De badkamer en de lakens waren ook niet echt lekker schoon. De locatie is weinig te beleven en het restaurant dat bij het hotel hoort is echt verschrikkelijk.
