This Ibis Hotel Was Really Bad, Rude Staff And Bathroom Floor Issue

The breakfast was nice.

The staff were extremely rude. Very impatient and patronising to me. I did not like how rude they were and how they dismissed me when I asked them questions about the hotel policies. I told them that the bathroom floor was leaking due to the toilet leaking and I informed them of this several times and only on the fourth occasion after several complaints did they finally move me and then the room they moved me to had an ant issue. Overall, would highly recommend not staying at this particular Ibis. I have stayed and had a pleasant stay at many in the UK, but this hotel in Bangkok, Thailand was really bad.
