地理位置太棒了，第六次回来清迈，想吃的店和喝的咖啡都在附近，酒店在古城东北角，走路去JJ MARKET也就20分钟，打车到机场不用10分钟

Tutto! La casa tradizionale perfettamente conservata, la stanza e il bagno ampi, puliti e confortevoli, la posizione centralissima e tranquilla, lo staff gentilissimo e competente. Un posto meraviglioso!

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Familiär, sauber, tolles Frühstück, Familienzimmer war prima; Wir waren schon mal vor 10 Jahren da und immer noch fühlt es sich toll an. Kleines Familiengeführtes Hotel, welches eine absolute Empfehlung ist.

세번째 치앙마이 여행인데 가장 좋았던 숙소였습니다. 다음 여행때는 고민하지 않고 반하니바를 선택할거예요. 치앙마이를 사랑하는 여행자라면, 반드시 이 숙소는 마음에 들거예요. 친환경적, 친자연적, 전통적인 집과 가구, 그러나 유지보수 관리가 잘 되었고, 무엇보다 청결이 10점 만점에 10점입니다. 건강한 기운이 도는 이 숙소를 강력추천합니다! 조식도 매우 훌륭했고, 매일 바뀌는 타이음식을 맛볼 수 있던 좋은 기회가 되었어요. 위치도 최고! 아카아마카페, 쿤캐주스, 티라마사지, 윈코스메틱, 프렛첼요가, 더굿키친 등등 도보 가까워서 잘 이용했어요♡ 아참! 매일 바뀌는 수건아트가 최고!!

太难忘了太喜欢了

像家一样，服务比我在泰国的任何一个酒店都更好。曾评选为亚洲top10民宿。早餐的鸡饭和汤粉也非常非常好吃。一切都充满人情味。我寄存行李时忘记告知来取的时间，房东并没有问，直到我来取他们都默默的在等。提前入住，也不催促退房。当然房源空闲的前提下，这一切都不是他们必须做的，但他们都做了。住进的不只是一个可以让你过夜的房间，而是泰国传统的兰纳70年老宅，是一家几代人的岁月，是被温柔以待的一片小天地。房间一尘不染甚至我女儿爬到床底玩捉迷藏，公共区域还有大冰箱和免费的茶水点心。我住过上百家民宿，而这一家会是我至今最难忘的，也忘不了房东老奶奶的微笑。

没有，一切都太完美了。只要你不是抱着富丽堂皇豪华酒店的期待去住，一切都不会让你失望，甚至充满惊喜。

Absolute gem in Chiang Mai!

An absolute gem in Chiang Mai, we are completely in love with this place! Our stay at Baan Hanibah was nothing short of fantastic! This historic Lanna teak house is absolutely amazing and tucked away in a peaceful corner right in the heart of the Old City. We stayed in a family room that was incredibly cosy, spacious, and perfectly set up for us to unwind together. The staff here are truly the sweetest, most helpful people you will ever meet, making us feel like family from the very first moment. If you are looking for an authentic and warm experience in Chiang Mai, you must stay here…
